By using ResearchersProfile, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You authorize IP Innovative Publication (Manuscript Peer Review System) to automatically transfer your published articles to your ResearchersProfile after publication. This transfer will include all relevant metadata associated with the publication, such as the title, author names, and publication date.

You acknowledge that ResearchersProfile is a public-facing platform and that your publications will be visible to other users of the platform, including potential employers, funding agencies, and colleagues.

You confirm that you are the author or co-author of the publications being transferred to ResearchersProfile and that you have obtained any necessary permissions or licenses required for publication.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IP Innovative Publication and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or other liabilities arising from your use of ResearchersProfile, including any allegations of copyright infringement or other intellectual property violations.

You acknowledge that IP Innovative Publication may modify or discontinue ResearchersProfile at any time and without prior notice. IP Innovative Publication makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability or functionality of ResearchersProfile.

You understand that ResearchersProfile is a service provided by IP Innovative Publication and that IP Innovative Publication is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in your publications or your ResearchersProfile.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of ResearchersProfile, including but not limited to copyright and privacy laws.

You understand that IP Innovative Publication may update these terms and conditions at any time and that your continued use of ResearchersProfile constitutes acceptance of any such updates.
